Our studio is fully equipped with the finest STOTT pilates equipment. We offer a variety of high quality, goal oriented classes by professional STOTT and BASI trained instructors. We welcome clients of all ages and fitness levels.
 
We provide private, duet and group classes in mat, apparatus as well as pre & post natal classes.
Group classes are kept small to ensure our clients get the best out of every session.

Our instructors continue to attend interesting courses and workshops to offer to our clients.
